Claire Hamilton, CRM, Marketing and Strategic Initiatives:
Claire has over 12 years experience in growth and strategy positions having started her career on the Marketing Graduate Scheme at Sainsbury's, a leading UK retailer. In her three years on the scheme, she worked across Retails Ops, PR, Own Brand Products, Community Affairs and CSR.
In 2009 she moved to the The Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) to help grow tennis participation numbers throughout the UK, and more specifically across women and girls segments. She was responsible for working with senior management and insights teams to devise new products and ways of driving awareness, interest and regular participation to help shape the brand of tennis to be more accessible, appealing, less elitist and intimidating to non-performance, beginners and returning players.
Claire holds a BSc in Sports Science, and an MSc in Marketing and Management.
She is a member of the IC (The Council of International Lawn Tennis Clubs), and was also made a member of The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in January 2018.
