Tom is a native Austinite and an Undergraduate at Texas State University studying Business Administration with Marketing.

He has worked in recruiting and the talent management space throughout his studies, and his experience has spanned HR, recruiting, and sales operations for large public companies as well as seed stage and Series A startups. During this time he has recruited for professionals in the Medical Devices, Engineering Management, Healthcare Technology and Talent Management space.
